Administration Assistant

We have a challenging role for an experienced administrator who will provide administration operational support to senior management.


We are seeking a competent, energetic and dedicated candidate with a proactive approach, a 'can do' attitude, who is exceptionally organised and has a willingness to learn new skills.


Key roles will be document management, word processing and typing, marketing and publishing and a broad range of administration duties.

Accounting Assistant (Intermediate/Senior)

We are seeking an Accounting Assistant with experience in the New Zealand Chartered Accountancy environment. 

You will have practical experience completing New Zealand GST returns and Annual Financial Statements. This role would suit someone with intermediate or junior accounting experience. 

You will have a working knowledge of computers and associated software packages in particular Microsoft Office and Excel and also be familiar with accounting software packages eg. Xero, Cash Manager, BankLink or MYOB.
